A flurry of auction bookings for the early weeks of spring have revealed some agents are busy preparing for the traditional spring selling season.
These agents are doubling down on past clients, database management, and capitalising on the increased attendance at open homes to engage with future sellers.
It’s clear that the properties being listed, some six to eight weeks out, represent a first class relationship with the client, a relationship that can only be forged through hard work.
Some great questions to ask yourself are: Do they know me? Do they trust me? Do they believe I can achieve success for them? If the answer is yes, get ready for an amazing spring. If the answer is no, then ask yourself ‘how’.
